Who we are

Manmadecinematics is an FPV cinematography studio. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website or contact us through it. If you have questions, email hi@manmadecinematics.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, project type (optional) and message, exactly as you type them.
• Email and phone: anything you send us by email or tell us when you call +91 9999692665.
• Cookies and device id: two essential cookies (theme and cookie choice) and, only if you accept, an anonymous device id. See the cookie policy for details.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request details (browser, page requested, time) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use a short-lived, in-memory counter based on your IP address to limit repeated form submissions.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run advertising or third-party analytics on this site.
• We do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we use it

• To read and reply to your enquiry and to discuss and quote a project.
• To keep the website working, secure and free of spam.
• To remember your theme and cookie choice, and your device if you opt in.

Who receives it

Your contact form message is delivered to us as an email through Google's mail service. The website is hosted on Vercel, and a bot check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) may run on the contact form. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. See the data transfer policy for where data can be processed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and, if work follows, for the life of the project and any records we are required to keep. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (see the data deletion policy).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. This includes rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws elsewhere. To use any of them, email hi@manmadecinematics.com.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest update at the top.
