What this covers

This policy covers the digital data we handle: data created by visiting this website, enquiries sent to us, and the footage, project files and finished films made during our work.

Website data

• The site sets only essential cookies, plus an optional anonymous device id if you accept it.
• Fonts are served from this site itself, and the site does not load third-party tracking scripts.
• Our host keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. We do not use them to profile visitors.

Enquiries

Messages sent through the contact form arrive in our email inbox. They are not stored in a separate database on this website.

Footage and project files

• Raw footage, project files and finished films are created for each project and kept only as long as needed to deliver and support that work, or as agreed with the client in writing.
• We do not publish client footage, names or projects without the client's permission.
• Footage may show people, vehicles and private property. We plan shoots with permissions in mind and follow local rules for flying.
• Anyone who appears in our footage and wants it removed can contact us (see the data deletion policy).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and uses security headers and form protections such as a honeypot, rate limiting and a bot check. We limit access to project files to the people who need them. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Ownership

The films, images and text on this website belong to Manmadecinematics or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written consent. Rights in commissioned work are set out in the agreement for each project.
