Payment policy.

No payments on this website

This website does not process payments and does not collect card, bank or wallet details. Nothing you type into the contact form is a payment.

How we agree on payment

• After you contact us, we discuss the project and send a written quote or agreement.
• That document states the price, what is included, the payment schedule, the accepted payment methods and the terms for changes and cancellation.
• Work is confirmed once both sides have agreed the terms in writing.

Invoices

We issue invoices for agreed amounts. Please pay by the due date shown on the invoice. If a payment will be late, tell us before the due date so we can work something out.

Staying safe

• We will never ask you to pay by sharing card details through the contact form or by email.
• Before paying, confirm the payment details with us directly using the email address or phone number on this website. Be careful of messages that claim our bank details have changed.
• If you receive a suspicious message that appears to come from us, tell us at hi@manmadecinematics.com.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, postponements and weather delays are covered in the written agreement for each project. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.

Payment data

Any payment records we keep, such as invoices, are used only for accounting and legal record keeping. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
